STRIKING

Striking class incorporates boxing, kickboxing, and various striking techniques geared for mixed martial arts. Expect a tough workout!


INTRO CLASS

Intro class is the best place to start for beginners, and teaches the fundamentals of proper stance, motion, and basic strikes used in kickboxing and other Apex classes.

GRAPPLING

Grappling at Apex involves takedowns, positions, and submissions geared for mixed martial arts. Grappling is mostly the “ground” skills involved in MMA. We also recommend this class for those wanting to learn “self-defense”.


KIDS MMA

The Apex kids MMA program instills the traditional fundamentals of martial arts while teaching our unique curriculum which includes Fitness, kickboxing, Karate, Judo and Ju Jitsu. The program features a belting and promotion system based on skill and character. Recommended ages are 7 to 12.

MMA

Mixed martial arts class incorporates both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, and is combined with conditioning drills to achieve the ultimate level of Fitness required in the sport. Suited for all levels..

JUDO

Judo involves takedowns, throws, trips, ground control, chokes, joint locks and other submissions wearing the kimono uniform. Apex Judo is chartered with United States Judo Association.


MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is a combat art using 8 limbs including fists, legs, knees and elbows. Class will often include bag work, thai pad drills, and optional sparring after class.

Boxing & Bunz

This class is great for beginner to intermediate levels looking to increase your fitness and strength, add some fun in your workout regimen, and is geared towards women. You can expect simple boxing and kickboxing combos with an emphasis on technique and self-defense, a good core workout, and a big focus on the legs and bunz because power is generated from the ground!
